Order Tracking

You can check your order status on the Order History page of your Account Dashboard. Once a tracking number is generated, exact shipping details and estimated delivery dates will be updated in your account.

Shipping Restrictions & Legal Updates

LaserShots, LLC strictly complies with all federal, state, and local laws governing firearms, ammunition, suppressors, and regulated accessories.

U.S. Shipping Only: We ship exclusively to physical addresses located within the United States. We do not ship internationally or to export forwarding companies.
Subject to Change Without Notice: Shipping restrictions, prohibited jurisdictions, and state-specific magazine or firearm limitations are subject to change at any time based on newly enacted federal, state, or municipal legislation. LaserShots, LLC reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders to non-compliant jurisdictions.
Excluded Locations: We do not ship regulated products or hazardous materials to PO Boxes, Alaska, Connecticut, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses.
Suppressors & NFA Items: We do not ship suppressors to states where ownership is prohibited by law, including California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island.
Local Compliance: Customers are solely responsible for verifying that all items ordered are legal in their specific state, county, and city prior to placing an order.
Heavy Loads: Orders weighing over 50 lbs are subject to an additional freight surcharge, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Special Handling by Category

Firearms & Lower Receivers: All regulated firearms and serialized frames/receivers must ship to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) dealer within the United States. Firearms will not ship directly to a consumer's home address unless permitted under specific legal exemptions.
Ammunition: Ammunition must ship exclusively via Ground freight within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping is not available for ammunition. Average transit time is 3 to 5 business days post-processing.
Suppressors (NFA Items): Suppressor orders being transferred out-of-state must ship to a licensed Class 3 FFL/SOT dealer via ATF Form 3 transfer prior to final ATF Form 4 approval and Form 4473 processing at the receiving dealer.

Shipping Methods & Promotions

Expedited Shipping: Available for select non-regulated accessories and gear at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited transit times apply to business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekend delivery.
Free Shipping Promotions: Free shipping offers apply to eligible items and cart totals. Free shipping threshold calculations exclude firearm transfer fees, background check fees, NFA tax stamps, and sales tax. Bulk items or freight-heavy items over 50 lbs are excluded from free shipping promotions.

Package Protection & Third-Party Insurance

We offer optional flat-rate Package Protection for products ordered through our website up to a maximum value of $1,000.00.

Third-Party Underwriting: Package Protection is not underwritten directly by LaserShots, LLC, but is provided and administered via a third-party shipping insurance provider.
Coverage & Claims: This policy covers items lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit with the shipping carrier. All claims are subject to the terms, conditions, and approval of the third-party insurance carrier. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported to LaserShots, LLC support within five (5) business days of the marked delivery date so we can initiate the claim process on your behalf.
