Order Tracking

You can check your order status on the Order History page of your Account Dashboard. Once a tracking number is generated, exact shipping details and estimated delivery dates will be available there.

Shipping Restrictions

LaserShots, LLC currently adheres to the following shipping limitations:

Excluded Locations: We do not ship any items to PO Boxes, Alaska, Connecticut, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses.
Suppressors: We do not ship suppressors to Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island.
Heavy Loads: An additional shipping charge applies to orders weighing over 50 lbs. This will be reflected in your total shipping costs at checkout.

Special Handling by Category

Ammunition

Method: Ammunition must ship via Ground service.
Timeline: On average, ammunition orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: There is no expedited shipping option available for ammunition purchases.

Suppressors

Orders containing a suppressor will not ship until all legal requirements are satisfied, including:

Receipt of ATF-approved tax stamp.
Successful completion of ATF Form 4473.
CLEO (Chief Law Enforcement Officer) notification and the required seven-day waiting period.

Delivery Route: Silencers ship in two legs: first to a licensed location in your state, and then from that location directly to your door once finalized.

Shipping Methods & Promotions

Expedited Shipping

Expedited methods may be available for select items at an additional cost during checkout.

Business Days: These methods operate Monday–Friday and do not include Saturday delivery.
Saturday Delivery: If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us prior to purchase.

Free Shipping Promotions

Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to bulk orders or expedited shipping methods.
Thresholds: Minimum purchase amounts to qualify for free shipping do not include firearms processing fees or taxes.

Package Protection

We offer flat-rate Package Protection for all products ordered through our website up to a value of $5,000.00. This protection covers items lost or damaged during shipment. If you have questions regarding your order's eligibility, please contact our support team.
