Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your order arrives promptly and functions exactly as expected. We have implemented this return policy to help you shop with confidence. To get started, please find the specific category for the item you wish to return below.
1. Firearm & Lower Receiver Returns (Shipped to FFL)

Inspection: Please inspect your firearm or lower receiver thoroughly at the FFL dealer before accepting the transfer.

Failed Transfers: If an item is not picked up within 14 days (including failed background checks, legal restrictions, or refusal), the transaction will be canceled.

Fees: Canceled transfers will be refunded minus original shipping charges, a $30 return shipping fee, and a 15% restocking fee.

Condition: Returns are only eligible if the product is returned in its original, unassembled condition.
2. Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

In-Store Purchases: All firearms, lower receivers, and upper receivers purchased at our retail store.

Ammunition: No returns are accepted on ammunition.

Suppressors: All suppressor sales are final.

Software: Once a software license is registered, it is ineligible for return.

Other: Gift cards, sale items, and knives from the owner’s personal collection.
3. ATF Denials or "Return Without Action"

Denials: If your FORM 4 application is denied, we will refund the purchase cost (including tax stamp) less a 25% processing fee or $200, whichever is greater.

RWA (Return Without Action): We will resubmit your application at no cost once your record is resolved. If you choose not to resubmit, a 25% processing fee will apply to your refund.
4. Accessories & Branded Merchandise

Timeline: LaserShots, LLC branded merchandise and all other eligible accessories may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions for Return:

Must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Item must be in original packaging, unused, and unworn.
-
All original documentation and accessories must be included.

5. How to Start a Return

Contact returns@lasershots.com to obtain an RMA.

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with a copy of the packing slip.

Send the package to the address provided with your RMA within two weeks of initiation.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
6. General Guidelines

No Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item to ensure availability.

Refund Processing: Once your return is inspected (usually within 7 days), we will email you a confirmation. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment card within 3 to 5 business days.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive the incorrect item or your order is damaged, please contact us immediately.

Warranties: Most products include a manufacturer's warranty. We recommend contacting the manufacturer first for functional defects. If you need assistance contacting them, please let us know.
